SK Hospital was established in 2003 by an Engineer, Mr. K.N. Sivankutty, and was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Kerala, Shri. A.K. Antony. We are NABH Accredited hospital commenced operations with 35 beds and 4-5 departments addressing the healthcare needs of the people in the south eastern region of Trivandrum, which had no access to a hospital at that time. Over the past 20 years, SK Hospital has grown to become a well-established tertiary care super specialty hospital with over 40 clinical departments, guided by experienced specialist doctors, and a team of dedicated management and other experienced staff. SK Hospital has been accredited by NABH by the year 2022 for its well-equipped NICU, labor and delivery suites.

The hospital has over 300 beds including 17 bedded critical care unit 12 bedded Intensive Coronary Care Unit, 6 bedded CTVS Unit, 5 bedded pediatric Intensive Care Unit and 10 bedded Neonatal ICU. In addition, the hospital has a 24*7 functional emergency department meeting international standards. The hospital also has well equipped Cath lab and a fully functional dialysis Unit catering the needs of patients. The hospital has recently entered the field of Organ Transplantation (Liver and Kidney) with successful completion of live Donor Liver Transplant surgeries. The hospital is a center recognized for renal transplant procedures.
