Refund Policy

Hosted advertisements and listing fees are generally non-refundable.

However, refund requests submitted by client companies may be considered solely at our discretion.

If our company has designed promotional materials, banners, images, creatives, or marketing assets for the client and revisions or modifications have already been carried out based on client requirements, we reserve the right to deduct 25%–35% of the listing fees during refund processing.

The remaining balance, if applicable, will be refunded.

Refund processing may take approximately 7–21 business days from the date we receive the official refund request email from the client.

The company reserves the right to approve, reject, or partially process refund requests based on services used and work completed.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree that:

• Business details should be independently verified before using any service.

• We do not guarantee or endorse the quality, reliability, pricing, or outcomes of services offered by listed businesses.

• Any disputes between users and business owners must be resolved directly between those parties.

• We are not liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from such interactions.
