If our company has designed promotional materials, banners, images, creatives, or marketing assets for the client and revisions or modifications have already been carried out based on client requirements, we reserve the right to deduct 25%–35% of the listing fees during refund processing.

The remaining balance, if applicable, will be refunded.

Refund processing may take approximately 7–21 business days from the date we receive the official refund request email from the client.

The company reserves the right to approve, reject, or partially process refund requests based on services used and work completed.
